Covid shutdowns prevented the beloved Short Run Comics & Art Fest from tabling in 2021, so they decided to create a festival in the form of a 1970s-style Scholastic Books mailer. With founder Kelly Froh's oversight, a mini-narrative of spot illustrations by Max Clotfelter, and some Unflown elbow grease, we put together a 16-page, 2-color newspaper mailer for people to order books from the comfort of their own home.
